A former K-12 performing arts educator, Paul holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Otterbein University and a Master of Education in Community Engagement from Merrimack College. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Education Policy Studies at Indiana University Bloomington where he is researching the historical discourse of K-12 arts education advocacy.
